Mesquite Mesa Tours is a DBA of The Rugged Outdoorsmen LLC, based in Mesquite, Nevada. This policy explains what information we collect through mesquitetours.com and how we use it.
When you ask to be notified about our launch, we collect your name and email address.
When online booking opens, we'll also collect what we need to run your tour: the lead guest's name, email and phone number, the number of guests, your pickup location, an emergency contact, any medical or mobility notes you choose to share, your photo-consent choice and your acceptance of our participant waiver.
Payments are processed by Authorize.net. Your card details go straight to the payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Like most websites, our site and hosting provider record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We may use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to understand how visitors use the site. These tools use cookies, which you can block or delete in your browser settings.
We use your information to answer your questions, tell you when booking opens, book and run your tour, contact someone in an emergency, and improve our website. We only send you marketing email if you asked for it, and every message includes a way to opt out.
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and payment processor, when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
We only use photos of guests for promotion when they have said yes in the optional photo-consent section of our waiver.
Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the waiver.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving email from us, contact us at admin@mesquitetours.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
